PAYMENT DETAILS

We accept orders by credit card through Visa or Mastercard for online, mail and phone order sales.

DELIVERY POLICY

We operate over the whole of Australia.  Mostly, we use Australia Post.

We'll send you and email confirmation once payment has been received.

After submitting your order you should receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

We will aim to produce your products within 5 to 7 business days.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We will exchange goods if you change your mind after receiving the goods provided they are in original condition.

If the products are defective or other than the sample displayed (or have been wrongly described), we offer the option of a refund or exchange.

All claims shall be filed within 14days of delivery.

Please contact Edu Universe Info@eduuniverse.com.au by specifying your order number with specifics of your planned return before continuing.

For return goods (unless the goods are faulty, or we make a packaging error), you will be required to pay postage.

Goods must be purchased in initial, unopened condition and packed for transit in such a way that there is no harm.

If the goods obtained are in a state that cannot be sold then your return may not be processed.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

We do our utmost to provide the best possible support and high quality products.  If you are not pleased with this for some reason, please send us an email detailing your concerns.  We will appreciate the opportunity to resolve the matter as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of all.  See below for email addresses.

When you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or enter information on our site, we collect information from you.

We attach great importance to your privacy and we are committed to protecting it.

We will not provide your information to a third party and we will not store data about your credit card.

We send you newsletters with helpful information, new products, promotional materials. You can cancel your subscription to this mailing list anytime.

PRODUCT AVAILABLIITY

If items are out of stock, delivery can take a little longer and we will inform you of the expected delivery period by email.

If goods are no longer available we will inform you of this by email and we will arrange a refund if payment has already been received.

PRICES

Website prices are set, but subject to change. Goods purchased will be paid at the time of order according to the website price.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All items purchased should be used in the manner described and for their intended purposes, be careful to oversee appropriate guidelines if required and be mindful of age. We may be able to arrange a replacement item from the supplier if there is a claim for a guarantee.
